Welcome spring time with this decorative tile making workshop with Molly!

We will be spending 1 1/2 hours sculpting decorative bugs to add to your 4×4 tile.  The tile can be decorated with any bug you desire. The surrounding space can be embellished by adding textures and using slips & underglazes.
I will give a short demo showing you how to sculpt and attach your bugs onto the tiles using a score and slip technique.  I will also go over using slips and underglazes. Adding colour will add vibrancy and depth to your creations.
The finished tiles will be Beautiful decorative Pieces to display in your home or garden.  If you plan to hang your creations, let me know at the start of class and we can create holes in the back to accommodate this.
Each tile will be expired and finished with a choice of clear glacier seaweed which is a glossy metal metallic green. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for this process. You will be notified via email when your creations are ready to collect.
