Meditation Rattle

I first started making these rattles to give people something to hold onto for comfort.  Teachers would have students hold one when they had to speak in front of the class.  I use mine when I’m writing and get stuck.  When I began learning to practice meditation I found my mind would wander. When I hold my rattle I have a  focus And can let go with more ease.
Every rattles are hand made and unique. Each with its own soft sound.
